Although I can use the Provider Manual this was listed as an Instructor's Manual which is really what I was looking for. I was a little disappointed when it came and I saw that it was for participants not instructors.
What happens when you take two great authors and they write together? You get a goldmine of a book. The journey you take with Elizabeth & Liam is emotionally and hot. I absolutely LOVE 'Tempted'. You won't be able to put this book down.
The reason i'm only going to give the two stars is because of the 10 day cleanse phase. The cleanse phase works well it's the products after the cleanse phase that are garbage. The meal replacement shake and the MNS pills that are terrible. I got so sick from these supplements I couldn't even get off the couch. Blur vision, headaches, beyond tired, etc. Mind you I'm a very healthy eater as it is and exercise 4 times a week.Save your money because this is definitely not what it is said to be.
I've tried many products including peroxide with vinegar which is supposed to be a great odor remover.I also have used baking soda and vinegar and this product worked much better. And the price was good
I've been using this for about four months now. It IS a bit pricey for 2 oz, but a little bit does go a long way. It initially feels thick to the touch, but after you apply it, it absorbs quickly and leaves your skin feeling plump and moisturized. I use it on my face, neck, top of my hands and even around my eyes and on my eyelids.
I'm not a sneakers person. I hate big clunky ones or sneaks that have tons of crazy colors. These were a perfect combination of light-weight and nice colors and comfortable. Buying another pair!
