I just started working out again after 2 years of nothing and this video was easy to follow and got me sweating. Not super intense but good for a first workout. I like that it was 30 minutes.
The new automatic electronic delivery to paid paper subscribers is terrific. This is a great improvement - although I was getting used to downloading, it would sometimes stall.
DoTerra Slim and Sassy is great. I have tried literally EVERY diet out there--nothing but temporal results.
I had no idea what to look for when shopping for a messenger bag. I've always used a backpack and after 12 years my Columbia backpack was starting to fall apart. I knew that I needed a bag that would last me just as long and something that would allow me to organize my things better than just dumping them into a main pouch. Also, me reason for switching to a messenger bag is that I'll be commuting by subway a lot for my new job and the bag will offer more security for my things, like a laptop, and allow me to fit better into crowded trains. UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me (see comments) after seeing my initial review, and offered to send a replacement corded unit for $75. They also emailed me directly about it. 8 months ago, I emailed them back and tried calling the toll-free number to pay the $75 to get the replacement and sat on hold for about 5 minutes before it told me no one was available. I left a message with my phone number, and never received a call back. I also emailed them several times after that inquiring and leaving several numbers they could call. I finally just gave up and bought another one elsewhere for $25 more than they were going to charge me to replace the defective unit. Not impressed with the product quality of the cordless unit, nor with the customer service or how the company stands behind their product. Did like it well enough to re-order but feel like I have been ripped off. Hoping the corded unit is more reliable.
I purchased these knee sleeves so I would have more support when doing squats. I has knee surgery a few years back and every time i start to lift really heavy my knee gives me problems. I read a lot of reviews on various sleeves, and talked to some of my lifting buddies at the gym. They all agreed that knee sleeves should relieve most of the pressure when lifting heavy and my pain should not be there any more. These Mava knee sleeves feel great while wearing them. They offer great support and compression for the tendons and ligaments in my knee. My knees are sweating every time I wear them, which is a good thing because you know they are working. They fit snug but not so tight that they cut off any circulation. Also I found that the easiest way to get the knee sleeves off after your workout is to grab the top and roll it down until the sleeve is inside out. From that point it should just slide off. I gave this product 5 stars overall, in style, performance, functionality, durability and also comfort. I have noticed that my knees and legs recover faster now that I'm wearing these sleeves. I would recommend this product to anyone that squats heavy or does any kind of lower body workouts. This product has also withstood many workout sessions so far,It shows no signs of wear or tear.
