The mousepad is not nearly as soft or malleable as the images suggest. There is no way someone can push down the mousepad to where an imprint of their hand remains. That said it isn't extremely uncomfortable, it just isn't that good.
Works wonders for my hair. It doesn't make it feel greasy or weighed down. I would highly recommend it. A must buy.
