Having spent so much money on expensive department store sold brands, my allergist suggested that I use this specific brand due to my occasional outbreaks. I now use this exclusively and find that it is non-greasy and good for summer and winter.
What's not to like about a book that retails for $97.50, and I get for less than $60 (including tax and shipping)? This resource is, bar none, one of the best. In addition, the shipper had it to me in just a few days. You can't beat that either. I would order from them (and likely will) in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone else do the same.
This book was to come with a CD for use in the computer. The book was purchased for my daughter to take a class using the book and CD. Where oh where is the CD? Would like to return the book for one with the CD.
I wouldn't call this an 'Diet' book, this is an educational book. It teaches how to eat and what to eat, that there are good and bad carbs, and that we NEED carbs!...and protein, and veggies, fruit,...you know...that balanced diet thing that no one gets anymore!! This book will suprise you and alarm you at the same time. The foods you thought were helping you lose weight really aren't, they may even be putting the pounds on...even to the point of threatening your health! It's worth the read and the re-read.
I absolutely love scour off. I have a farm house kitchen sink and the scour off makes it shine and clean unlike any other product out there! A little goes a long way.
