I like the harness. Did what it was suppose to but I had to rewire it a bit. The light in the switch would stay on when connected to the battery directly, even if the car was off. And if you connected it to a parking light so that it would turn off when the car was off the wire would have too much current and get too hot. So I had to rewire the lightbar power from the battery and the light in the switch to the parking lights. All can be done via this harness and just took a little time to think it though but it works now
I have done my 2 min of tucks plus 25 crunches and then I left it on for 20 min. I have NOT seen any differance. I am a size 18 and this size 3 belt is so hard to get on. I can't sit down because the bottom rolls up. I do not recommend this.
I am currently on week 4 of the Beta disks, and I am loving these workouts. I am a busy mom and student, and I have had trouble losing weight after baby #2 (let's not talk about how old that baby is now!) So far, I have lost 12 lbs and over 14 inches all over my body! I've also dropped two pants sizes. I had almost zero strength in my abs after having kids, and I'm getting that back with these workouts.
