Having had many different coffee grinders in the past, the Secura is definitely the quietest one I've ever used. Does an exceptional job of grinding for our drip coffee maker. Only one thing that's kind of a bother - I wish it would hold more beans :)
This is the only multivitamin I have ever taken that didn't constipate me. I have IBS. I have tried many multivitamins, and it seems that all of them sit like rocks in my intestines. Tangy Tangerine does not. If you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome with constipation and have had the same experiences with multivitamins you might want to try this product.
The Standard Process Cleanse program definately works if you follow it to the letter. I've lost 10 lbs, feel wonderful, sleep better, and my clothese fit so very well now! Giving up coffee was rough for me and I had terrible headaches for the first 3 days, but on day #4 they disappeared. I'm much calmer without coffee and am mentally getting used to not having it. I drink organic green tea instead and enjoy it. I am now post cleanse and introducing my old foods back into my diet and am quickly realizing what "doesn't" work for me anymore. You body will tell you what it needs and what it doesn't want. Great program! I'd recommend it with 5 stars!
