I read the instructions. Then reread them. Then tried to put the house together, by myself. Then reread the instructions because I was still having trouble. Finally, after about 45 minutes, I finally got it. The house itself does it's job. It looks decently, though I don't get why anyone would ask if someone had it customized as some of the other reviews have said. It looks like a plastic dog house with stickers for the animals name. I'd give it three stars because the roof doesn't stay properly connected all the time, though rain getting in hasn't been an issue, but my lab/cocker spaniel mix has only chew part of the roof, which is HUGE for her because she chews EVERYTHING. Overall, I'd buy again, but it's not phenomenal.
We have been running pro 2006 since it came out and was very worried that there would be a lot more to learn. Not the case at all, this is aesthetically better and maybe even easier to use.
