I put these on my wife's car several months ago. I use it mainly for transporting my stand up paddle boards. It was a fraction of the cost at the dealership and they hold up well!
Been taking these for months now and they make a big difference. Like the price here on amazon, really expensive in health food store.
It is very good for starters. 2nd it does take place of a heavy meal and you don't have to worry about am I getting the right balance
It works.. bottom line, I lost almost 10 pounds in 3 weeks...But, I also lost my mind haha...I don't care what anyone tells you.. You will miss the art of CHEWING FOOD.... I know you get two meals on "shake Days", but even those meals are so restrictive it's just a pain in the ass. No more summer margaritas with the ladies, no more egg white omelettes in the morning, just pills, shakes, and more pills...Humans are meant to eat.....just eat healthy. I am going to keep using the shakes for my lunch time since I never really like lunch anyway and they taste good. But the cleanse days where I was consuming less than 400 calories a day...No wonder i lost weight!! I know some Pro-Isa people will say "it's only 30 days " but damn if I wanted to starve myself for 30 days, I could do it for a lot cheaper than 350 bucks :)
After thinking long and hard about whether this bag would be right for me, I ended up buying the Classic Messenger in Night Blue/Village Violet/Night Blue, size Small. I actually originally got a size Medium in another color, but this color combination and size was better suited to me and my needs.
