I loved this beautiful story because it was so different as a holiday romance. It was about redemption and forgiveness and believing in the best parts of someone. What made this book particularly unique is that it starts years after an incident that gave Caleb, the hero of the story, a bad reputation in town. So readers are introduced to Caleb five years after he'd done something that he deeply regretted. After he'd been to therapy and worked through his parents' divorce and his anger over that. After he'd had a violent incident with his sister that changed the course of their lives. So this isn't a "bad boy" story or a story where all it takes to save the tortured hero is the "right girl." Instead, this romance eschews that and shows us Caleb after he's done the hard work of fixing himself.
I have played this game before and I don't know why everyone is ranting about it being " demonic". It is a toy. It is not inhabitated by evil spirits or bewitched by Satan. It is a toy. I am 10 years old and am never frightend by it. I will admit that creepy things do happen, and that there are spirits, but they are not evil. They can not hurt you. They will not kill you. They can be nice, clever, and friendly. If you are ever bothered by anything the spirit says, tell the spirit to stop. They will listen. Buy this and you will not regret it! Great for sleepovers. =)
With two kids consecutively needing diapers, we've been buying Pampers Swaddlers consistently for the past 4 years (for over a year it was 2 large boxes per month!). Our youngest has about 6-12 months left before we were going to move him to underwear. However, with the redesigned diapers we received last month (and just opened), we're going to start that transition MUCH sooner.
Hate it. I downgraded from the 2010 version, which I like very much, but 2010 won't write to GBT drives. 2016 menus are terrible, the worst. Difficult to find previous backups; it's hard to imagine why anyone would design the menus like this. Absolute pits. 2016's interface is the worst of any software I've ever used.
It works as advertised - whether your child will follow the rules of the colored alarm clock is another thing :) Our daughter didn't want to wait until the green light turned on in the morning, but she's slowly learning to use it.
We purchased this item for our daughter and like it overall. We love the modern look and it's become a conversational piece in our home when guests visit. Our DD seems to like her regular swing a bit more than the MamaRoo as she prefers a faster movement than the MamaRoo offers even at its highest setting which is our biggest issue we have with it. This may just be our little one's personal preference. For that reason we gave it four stars.
I really enjoyed this book. They finally put an end to all the drama. I am glad that they finally got Macy dealt with cause they gave her too many chances
