I got this hair remover because I have some mobility problems which means I have a hard time reaching some areas on my body where I want hair removed. I love how comfortable this unit fits in my hand and that it's rechargeable. I don't have to run out every other week and buy batteries for it. It's compact, light-weight and discreet, easy to travel with.

My husband got me this for Christmas (per my request) and it is nothing short of amazing. I cleaned our a portion of our hardwood kitchen floor to try it out and was amazed (and sort of disgusted) by the water that ended up in the dirty water tank. My floors get cleaned once a week by my cleaning people (who may no longer be needed) and they always LOOKED clean, but clearly they are not. After testing on that portion of the floor I continued and finished the kitchen, did 4 bathrooms, the laundry room, and our basement bar. I couldn't ber happier! For less than the price of one cleaning visit I have cleaned all of my floors in less than an hour and know they are all clean now! Thanks Hoover!

This product is the worse made item I've ever used. I used it for a trip to Florida and before I hit Virginia there was a huge rip down the side of it. By the time I got to Florida there was a second rip in it. Now I have to drive back home to NY. I'm sure it won't be usable by the time I get home.
