I am writing a review for extra strenght sleep sweet dreams formula I got this thinking one day something has got to give. I suffer from major depression, anxiety, ptsd, panic attacks, bi polar and insomnia. I mean INSOMNIA I am lucky if I sleep more then a hour at a time. And no more then 3 hours a night in a fitful sleep tossing and turning , waking up and all that nice jazz. I took this thinking worse case it dont work best case I will get a few hours of sleep. Well it was the best case for me anyhow. I slept from midnight till 7 30 am only waking up once on the first night I took it. For me that is huge. I have had many prescriptions and nothing works for more then a few hours. I toss and turn and wake up even in those few hours. I woke up after taking the total sleep and I am still tired but that is to be expected when you dont sleep. But I did sleep hours more then I have in a long time. My soon to be husband was impressed because that meant for the first time in over a month a went to bed with him and woke up with him. I would definitely recommend trying this if you are looking for something natural and something that works. I received this product at discount for my honest testing and review. I gave Daiya 5 stars because I love it. The cheddar makes really good grilled cheese sandwiches and the mozzarella makes a good pizza. Just be sure to brown the top. It's the best vegan cheese out there, in my opinion. The cheddar tastes like
I have been using the Hair, Skin & Nails Complex Supplement for a week now! I love it! I can already tell a difference in my hair and nails. My hair is becoming more shiny and my nails are now more firm and not so flimsy. The pills are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach like many vitamins do. I can not say my hair has grown any, because I have only been using them for one week, but I can definitely tell a difference in my hair, overall. My hair doesn't seem to be as dull as it normally is. I am very excited on the fingernail growth! I have received this product for free for my unbiased review. I got this when head lice was going around the day care. She was one of the few kids that did NOT get head lice. It has a nice smell to it and it didn't dry out my daughter hair/scalp which is a huge bonus to me. I do not use it every day, I do use it about once every week before we go to daycare.
