Biopharmaceuticals – University of Copenhagen - Center for Biopharmaceuticals at Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology. With cutting-edge chemical biology aproaches we aim to create peptides and proteins with novel properties in order to develop advanced protein-based drug candidates. The Center for Biopharmaceuticals builds on the strong multidisciplinary relationship between the Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology and the Department of Pharmacy – the two pharmaceutical departments within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. The Center opened on 1 January 2014 and has received a 'beacon' grant of 35 million DKK from the University of Copenhagen over the next five years for studies in protein medicinal chemistry.

I used this on my lawn and in three weeks it was definitely was showing a difference. For years my husband said there was nothing that would help that section of the lawn because it was to sandy. He even couldn't believe it and asked me when I had applied the milorganite because he noticed the difference . It never dried out again all summer and looks great still. I am doing it again next year also.

  • Emily - Considering taking the plunge? Do it.

My brother in-law, who is from South Africa, introduced me to Biltong a few years ago as it was one of his favorite snacks from home. I have had a difficult time finding Biltong within the U.S. that's not at a specialty food store, let alone a Biltong that tasted so good as Brooklyn Biltong. As a healthy individual who values low sugar, high protein options for snacks, I was incredibly impressed with Brooklyn Biltong. Not only was the taste amazing, but it fits the lifestyle I'm trying to maintain. The tenderness of the jerky is perfect, something that you can't find in typical beef jerky. I will most definitely be purchasing Brooklyn Biltong again and cannot emphasize what a great snack option this is. If you're thinking about trying it, definitely go for it. I did receive Brooklyn Biltong at a discount in exchange for a fair and honest summary of my experience.
