The 2010 update is not really an update, except in price. It freezes or doesn't respond when you do some basic things like downloading your bank account data. The insult on injury (before I even started it) was when they said you had to register it, you enter a form in the program, you then get redirected to a site to enter the information again, then you get a phone number to call... where some **** in a call-center is trying to get you to buy their crappy support. This is how they make you register their software.

I am a mother of six children and in my opinion this is the absolute best diaper rash cream on the market! Don't waste your money on anything else. It stays on well and heals diaper rash pretty much overnight. My sister-in-law introduced me to this brand six years ago and I won't buy anything else!

Also, don't get these if you want them to get through TSA at the airport - they're too big! They might not notice, but if you get the one TSA person having a bad day, they might make you throw it away because it's 4 oz containers, not 3. They seem too big for airline travel and too small for regular use, even though it's a starter kit. I would expect to get more product for almost thirty bucks.
