The book is ok. What I find annoying is that the answer choices for practice questions are not marked as A. B. C. etc but when you look for correct answer in the answer key sections, they are marked as A. B. C. etc. It is very inconvenient.
We just finished the transformation yesterday and our initial thought is WOW! It looks so much better than before and we really like the end product. It was definitely a lot of work, nothing more than what has been described, but not something that you can do in an hour. The sanding takes quite a while and is the most tiring part of it.
Put it this way, I have joint pain, and I take glucosamine and chondroitin for the pain. But I have my doubts about them, too, especially with regard to the claim that they "rebuild cartilage" (note: I am not a doctor, and I am just a layperson and reader of average knowledge, who has done some reading on this).
I used this product to refinish my shower. I was leery at first, thinking it would not work as well as some of the reviews I read, but believe me it does. Goes on easily and looks great when dry. The only draw back I found was the odor.. When it says vent well and wear a mask.. do it. All in all a good product.
My dog (an American Pit Bull Terrier) has had some skin issues over the last year that we believe to be from nerves and an allergy she developed. We've finally found an appropriate feed and have alleviated much of the stress, but her coat is still a mess. I got this shampoo in the hopes of helping with her skin and coat.
