These comments apply mainly to the business software, because I would not have switched to H&R Block just for personal use. After 15 years of using Turbo Tax, I switched last year to H&R Block because I was so tired of the cost of TT. Last year was tough to get through with H&R Block due to bugs in the business software, and I was taken by surprise when I realized I could not e-file my business returns. But to save over $100 I was willing to put up with this. What made up for some of this was the excellent customer service I got on the phone. Yes, the fixes were clunky, annoying and it seemed ridiculous to me that such a big company could not get this right, but again, paying $100+ (it may have been as much as $150 of a price difference when the state returns are considered) more for TT just wasn't sitting well with me.
Wouldn't travel without Rick. He's spot on 95% of the time. Steers you through the highlights of locations as well as directs you to places you might not otherwise go. Carrying his book around helped secure some discounts as well.
This thing sounds and performs like it is nuclear powered. I personally wear lead shielding whenever I use it, just to be on the safe side (insert smile emoticon here). It takes a little getting used to because it is so strong and fast. But I would never go back to an ordinary blender.
