I thought I had scored a deal on the actual Mopar crossbars on eBay only to find out it was missing one of the feet, didn't read the fine print. I purchased this kit, and I can confirm it is an EXACT DUPLICATE of the Mopar crossbars. The parts between the two kits are completely interchangeable. I ended up using the Mopar crossbars and bolts (the Mopar kit has star pin security bolts, this kit has standard hex key bolts) and the feet and rubber cross bar strips from this kit (the mopar rubber strips had faded) and it's perfect. Can't recommend it highly enough, save your money and buy this kit.

I have these in white so yes they do get dirty and I find myself washing them frequently. I use them on my road-bike and have done around 350 miles with them up until now. They are comfortable, breathe well, and grip onto your foot. The latch sometimes gives me problems when I try to open it but that is about it. I should also mention that since its white, some of the dirt just doesn't get out and parts of it are reddish brown now. But that's not very noticeable and over all these are great!
When it comes to a no non-sense protein powder, one that has extras such as glutamine and BCAA's, and at the same time has a minimal amount of fat and carbs...this is the protein to get. This isn't a meal replacement or should be used as one, if that's what your looking for try muscle milk which is high in protein but also other calories as well.
Well, because I am one of the most skeptical people I know and have had little to no success in the past with other programs, I bought T25 really hoping it would help me lose weight.
