I started out with darkish medium brown hair that I hadn't dyed in over a year, however, I used to dye it darker for several years (so that may or may not have effected my results). I have straight hair that is just a bit longer than shoulder length and my hair is neither thick nor thin. I have done two processes with this bleach so far and my hair is still orange. Each process I have had to use two kits to saturate my hair, one is absolutely not enough unless you have short hair. You may need 3 or 4 if your hair is even longer. It gets costly, but it's still cheaper than a salon and WAY easier to use than quick blue. Each process I kept it on a bit over an hour. I anticipate at least one more process to get light enough to put toner on. So far my hair hasn't broken off (fingers crossed). Oh, and this stuff tends to drip. So wear something you don't care about getting bleach on and keep tissues handy.
This is a really great book to prepare you for test questions. It's really thorough and I ended up acing my test! It has a LOT of prep questions that were on the test but were worded differently. I still ended up recalling the questions and studied for a week before I took my test. MUST HAVE PREP BOOK!

Our house was built in 2008 and included a Navien CR-240. This was professionally installed and all the necessary components were matched including the 1" gas line and the gas meter. We moved into the house in early 2009 and were instantly pleased with the performance of the Navien water heater. This was our first experience with a tankless water heater, so we didn't have any expectations other than having to wait for hot water the further we were from the heater. Three years later, we experienced our first failure. Navien was quick to resolve the issue, and the local rep provided the replacement part within an hour. Tech support provided exactly the information I needed to replace the part, and the unit was back "on line" in less than one day. This unit has been providing unlimited hot water to our three bedroom, two and a half bath home that includes a whirlpool, two showers, dishwasher and HE washing machine. The most enjoyable attraction is the outdoor hot and cold water tap we use for our children's water slide! Even in chilly Minnesota spring and autumn days, our children can happily play in the sprinkler and water slide for hours. And they can do so even if we're doing laundry, taking a shower and washing the dishes. We are more than pleased with our Navien CR-240 and hope that it lasts for several more years without any additional problems. Despite many of the complaints I've read here, our unit doesn't produce the noises others have mentioned; we've haven't experienced any other problems or failures; and it has been 100% functional since the day we moved in; however, there is a slight odor outside near the vent.
Despite the bad reviews, I went ahead and bought Acronis True Image 2016 to back up my laptop and I'm really regretting it. I have a late 2013 MacBook Pro Retina and I'm running Windows 10 on a Boot Camp partition. I installed True Image on the Windows 10 partition so I could backup my My Documents, Pictures, and Videos folders onto my external USB drive. So far it's been an exercise in frustration. On the positive side, I am able to recover files off of my USB drive without any problems. In the grand scheme of things, I guess this is what's important.
