Who sells something that only fits one vehicle then puts a firmware on it for a completely different vehicle MANUFACTURER?!?!?! No instructions to update it and when you do get the instructions they don't work!!
I bought this product I could only use it twice...it smells just aweful....like running shoe that were worn wet to many times....I had to return.... it may work but I can't get past the smell...yuK!!
I read in one of the RV forums that some people were using it instead of the toss-in pack of the tank deodorizer. I use about 2 tablespoons per tank (after emptying and flushing the old stuff. I has worked well for us and we detect no odors. I think I have a lifetime supply now.
I downloaded this product from the ROXIO site with a backup disc. Over a month later and the program still won't work and the backup disc has not arrived. I am using a VISTA 64 bit machine. I have contacted ROXIO customer support via e-mail several times and all they tell me to do is keep downloading it. Tonight; the download caused a "black screen" with a Microsoft Visual "C" Runtime Library error. I removed the program and my computer went back to normal. Absolutley no support from the ROXIO customer service people. Buyer beware on this one!
