There is no way of getting the State update that you paid for. Keeps on wanting to charge me. Three days of fighting this crap and still no tax return. I figured out how to get my customer ID and PW. By first clicking on "I forgot my customer ID" and giving my Amazon email. Then I click on "I forgot my password" and provide my customer ID at which point I can reset my PW. But the web site knows nothing about my account, my orders, there are no available downloads. So I wonder how can I have an account and it has no awareness of me as a customer? The 1040 update fails half way through and directs me to the same website for manual downloads which are non existent. This company has no idea what they are doing. Stupid me for reading all of the pain that everyone was experiencing and still buying the product anyway.
I have bra strap length relaxed hair. This product works amazingly on my hair. Relaxed hair tends to get over-processed over time but this product keeps my hair healthy and STRONG. I spritz it on my hair at night making sure that my ends are treated, then I either loosely pin curl or wrap my hair. The next day I can literally see the difference! Over time, your hair will flourish if you use it consistently. Also, a little goes a long way...you don't need too much. Thumbs up for me!
I really wanted to love this hose to replace a too heavy, too kinky hose. Even though some reviewers indicated problems, I decided to go ahead and order from Amazon anyway. It arrived quickly and well packaged. After unwinding and unscrewing the old hose, I attached this hose and wound it on the hose reel, attached the sprayer and turned it on to have water spray from two holes in the body of the hose and only a trickle come out of the hose end. How disappointing. Well now I was wet and muddy and I had to unwind the hose, clean it off and wind it up to fit back in the box for return shipment. Well I am an elderly woman and found this whole procedure difficult and messy. I have to say that the return was very easy and I got my refund with no problem. I'm still using the too heavy, too kinky old hose that at least doesn't leak.
