There was really no major effect from using this product, other than having to go to the bathroom a little more than normal (instead of once a day, sometimes twice). Other than that, I saw no noticeable weight loss. I started taking this when I weighed 236 pounds, and when the bottle was empty I weighed 235 pounds. I changed my diet and exercise routine, and lost only 1 pound. Ha! What a joke.
I can not say that I love the taste, but this stuff really works. I used it for 3 weeks and lost 20+ pounds. Hard part is staying faithful.
I have the original Your Shape Fitness Evolved and the 2012 version is such a great improvement. So many of the "glitches" of the first one were worked out. I also love that the activities I likes on the original version are on this one, but in a different way. If you have the original and are debating about the purchase of the updated one and are wondering it it is worth spending the money, I would definitely recommend this purchase. The different styles of dance are fun, it is easier to make the activity choices, and the different exercise scenes are interesting.
I discovered this shampoo a few years ago. I was having a problem with my hair falling out, shedding, and my sister told me that this shampoo would help. She was right! I have been using this shampoo for myself ever since. I notice that when I am out, or traveling and forget to bring it that my hair sheds more than when I use this shampoo. I also use the conditioner.
