This is the exact same product sold occasionally at Costco. I looked for it online because Costco was out of stock. Individually packaged serving - each serving serves 3-4 people. Just add boiling water, butter and a little salt. Tastes excellent. Highly recommended. Have been buying it for years from Costco.

Fantastically up-to-date, with a format that's very easy to read, vocabulary that's easy to follow, and great examples of the main points. As a communication major, I thoroughly enjoy reading it. My only critique is that some chapters run longer than 25 pages, and this is overkill, but compared to most textbooks, Media & Culture 8, 2013 update, is one of the best.
