I really liked this one! The end of the world, climate change, polar shift and rising seas. There's a race for just a few people (the rich and powerful) to escape death if only they can get to a secret location. Lots of action and real good special effects. If you don't have this one in your library, buy it.
This is the first cream that I have used that I can really see a difference. This is my second jar and i will continue to use it. Received it promptly after ordering .
Not as user friendly as earlier ediions. In practice, transferring data from older versions is more difficult than it needs to be.
I work out about 3 times a week, and usually include about 5-10 minutes of ab exercises. In investigating this product, I found that the research done on it (University of Wisconsin and a college in Ireland) showed that when used 5 times per week for 40 minutes each time, it improved strength about as much as 5X 5-minutes of crunches. The research was conducted, however, using people who had been doing no exercise whatsoever. This product seems to be designed for the bedridden or people with back problems, to give them an option for ab exercising that they wouldn't have otherwise. I experienced no ab soreness at all after using it at 80 (maximum is 99) for 40 minutes. I did find, though, that if I use it at 99 for an hour at a time on a couple consecutive days, I do feel some soreness. The experience is intense, but not unpleasant, so I've decided to keep it as a supplement to my workout program. For most people, though, I would think you would prefer doing 5 minutes of ab exercises a few times a week for the same or better results. Worth a try, though, to see for yourself.
This is a great product. Been using it for years due to bonding. I have been given nothing but compliments from friends AND my dentist. "whatever you're doing, keep it up". Will not stop using Supersmile.
Great little mp3, especially for a quick clip for exercise routines, and for wearing to go to sleep. Earbuds not bad, and comfortable to lay on. Easy upload from windows media player. Don't forget to shut it off, though. Not sure if it comes with wall plug in charger, but quick charge on computer.
I paid $100.00 for this full price at a tanning salon, I just loved it, it made your skin so soft and your tan looked natural. Would definately recommend this product.
