Sage 50 is a good product but there is a better one out there. It's called "Peachtree 2006". Why? Because every time Microsoft puts out a new operating system accounting programs like Peachtree Sage 50 and Quickbooks have all sorts of problems adjusting to the new system. These problems can take years to sort out and then there is the problem of operating system updates. Accounting programs need to be ROCK SOLID. That is MUCH more important than "new features" that you will probably not use. So here is my advice. Get about 3 or 4 old computers with Windows XP activated on them (in case one breaks). Load it with Peachtree 2004 or 2005 or 2006 (newer versions are changed to "handle" Vista). Make sure the XP computers are only running "service pack 1 or possibly 2...not 3. Make sure your XP computer is NOT "online" so there is no danger of viruses or unwanted updates. Make sure you have a disc copy of any Peachtree "updates" (if you have to put the data on a backup machine they have to have the same "peachtree update version"...there are usually at least 2 different updates for each yearly Peachtree product. To put it another way, don't use the internet to "update" your Peachtree 200X version to 200X.1 Make sure you have ALL the serial numbers, registration numbers, company numbers for your Peachtree disc. Now you are totally FREE from any worries about problems caused by Sage, Microsoft, the internet, or your main computer breaking. You will still be able to do payroll manually (unlike Sage 50 2013 which eliminates that feature). If you need the internet for something...use another computer. Don't use the one with Peachtree on it. This system may sound extreme...but it WORKS ALL THE TIME !!!
Granted I just installed this product today and that I'm no audiophile, this auxiliary input device works perfectly! It did not come with the audio cable to plug into your mp3 player, but I had my own. As far as volume level goes, it's comparable to using CD's or some high quality FM stations without having to increase the volume. Installation was easy and relatively quick thanks to an installation video I found online. I also recommend getting the Poly-Planar adapter
I purchased these cross bars for our 2005 Oydessy EX to haul my new 12' Kayak. I wanted factory OEM quality bars as loosing a Kayak on the highway could cause serious safety problems. After reading many reviews I found that some buyers had installation problems, so before I ordered I ensured that I could remove the end caps on the factory rack. However, I encountered a major installation problem that indicates I may have been sent a defective product.
Been using this for the past week and it is flawless. For the price it is unbeatable. I'm using the vga connection with my computer, but this monitor also has an hdmi plug for when I upgrade. This is a perfect size for a desktop as anything bigger is overkill imho. Set up took about five minutes as I simply reused the vga and power cords from my old HP monitor that died after 7 years. Great value, thanks HP!
The antenna works well where I live in Miami. The only times i have reception issues is when I'm surround but tall buildings. It is aesthetically pleasing compared to the factory antenna, I have gotten compliments on it.
This download version of Norton's antivirus 2013 is certainly a bargain. But I found it difficult to download; after buying it, I tried downloading four times without any download starting. I called my daughter-in-law (of the smart phone generation) and she had no trouble downloading, installing, and entering the product code. It is working well for me, automatically scanning, updating, and counting down remaining days. but, it nagged me to Sign In; I don't see the need to do that, but they offered help to reset my password and I did it; but that has not entirely stopped the nag. I will buy the CD version next time; it is so much easier to get installed and working.
It is hard to tell sometimes which pieces are lit up. Not sure if this is due to weak ground wire connections or what. I have ended up opening up outlet plates to confirm grounding. In general, though, this was very useful to me when touring houses to buy to make sure the 50+ year old houses had properly grounded 3-prong outlets.
