I really enjoyed this product until magically my serial number expired. Now I must pay more for the program than I originally purchased it for! I think not. I'm going to have to go with the competition who doesn't expire serial numbers.
I can only give this three stars for one reason....the smell! The pump worked well and it cleaned my face nicely. But how can you make a face cleaner with a smell like that. Honestly it has a hint of lemon, but has an overwhelming smell of poo and the color doesn't make it any easier. I own the acne cream and the anti aging cream. They all have that awful color, but neither smell like this stuff. So this could be a great product if they can figure out what ingredient mix is causing that odor and fix it.
I did not realize that their marriage was often on the rocks. I did enjoy their T.V. series when I was younger.
This stuff is amazing! after trying two other brands we decided to try this one. The others didnt seem to do a good job and left an odor. Natures product cleaned up a couple of pee stains from our pup perfectly. No stain and no ODOR! After we let the area dry and vacuumed it, you could not tell a accident had happened! We will be keeping a supply of this on hard for as long as we have the dog!
I bought these in good faith that the company was trustworthy enough to stand by their product. That being said, the initial product was near flawless for the 30-odd bucks. Slightly bulky which felt fine and wasn't noticeable, but not too flimsy or too stiff.
