I am familiar with this product from childhood. When my locals retailers were clueless, Amazon came to the rescue. I have a beautiful dove grey couch that needed protection, and Scotch Gard performed as expected. I am very pleased.
It does just what it says it will do. Aside from a white film being left after it drys this is a good product. If it dryed clear it would be perfect.
I've used Webroot for several years now. I've never had it be a pain and don't even notice it running until it pops up and tells me not to visit certain sites because they are known infectious sites or something has tried to infect my computer. As long as it keeps working this well I'll keep buying it every year. Have installed on 3 computers and 2 smart phones.
In all fairness, this a review written on day/night 1 of ownership. So I can't make a strong claim about longevity, but this flashlight feels solid - like the company refused to cut corners. They even include extra seals for the part that screws off for battery replacement. It has 5 settings that range from just enough to use as a candle to incredibly bright for the size of the flashlight. Really powerful throw with a surprisingly wide beam. Good ergonomics as well. If this one lasts then ThruNite is my brand.
I bought these because this is the only brand I have ever seen used by barbers over the years. I'm using these to maintain the shape of my goatee as well as trimming sideburns and haircut hair lines between haircuts. Doing this is allowing me to stay well groomed the entire time between haircuts. These can almost be used to replace razors depending on how sharp you have them set . The clippers sharpness can be adjusted by removing the two screws on the metal plate and adjusting the screw on the inside of the plate. Do not remove the screw on inside of the plate it is only meant to be slightly loosened and then retightened. There are videos online that show you exactly how to preform this Do not let the reviews that complain over the lack of sharpness lead you not to buy these, because all those negative reviewers had to do is adjust the sharpness to their desired likeness. Don't neglect to clean and maintain these properly, there are also videos online that show you exactly how to clean it as well as what is required to clean the clippers.
