    TOC is a very beneficial way of finding constraints in your organization and work on a path of constant improvement .After listening to the successful implementation of TOC''s implementations in verious fields like hospitals , Automobiles etc I am convinced it can be the best tool for a manager and will be happy to be a part of its implementation or be the implamenter one day. I have already listened to it 2 times and now have purchased a kindle version to have my own notes and highlights of this book. Such a powerful concept it is and the novel makes it fun it understand.

    These were as expected. Fit just fine though I have not used them yet to carry anything I will next summer to haul my kayak.

  • Commander Crash - Decent shoes, not great arch support.

    Really decent shoes, not the best arch support but they are comfortable for walking around in all day. I've purchased the same pair in the past and have gotten a solid year of walking + running out of them. They squeak a little bit on office floors!

    Like those that had already mention, this product does not stand up to winter. I applied this in July and August in Kansas City on my pool deck and my stairs leading to our top deck. It worked and looked great for the next several months. Now that its spring its pealing on all parts of my pool deck? Yes we had cold weather and yes we did have snow, (not like on the east coast) but I never shoveled my pool deck. What snow we had has come and gone on its own and every part of the pool deck and stairs is peeling away.

    I purchased this for travel and it works great! Some hotels do not have coffee pots, or real coffee for that matter. So I take this along with some coffee from home...and voila...a perfect cup every time.
