Reading the reviews of this book, I expected a thrilling, well-told adventure. It exceeded my expectations and, like many other reviewers, I found that after a certain point in the book I simply couldn't put the book down. It would have been like leaving those brave men alone in the freezing ice and water. The events described in this book are so well known, suffice to say this is the story of Earnest Shackleton's 1914 Arctic expedition, in which Shackleton and his men hoped to cross the continent on foot. They never even made landfall, and their ship was trapped, and then slowly crushed in the ice. Thus begins the incredible story.
It handles like a sports car, but not as fast. It has a very smooth and quite ride considering it sits low to the ground on 15" tires. But, most importantly I'm averaging 70 miles per gallon. Yes, this is no typing error...70 miles per gallon. I fill my tank up once a week when my car hits a half tank. Because of the 11 gallon tank it only takes about $12 -$14 dollars per week, or less than $60 a month. I stand 5'11" tall and I have plenty of room to stretch out my legs and the back seats have just as much room. This is the perfect car for people, like me, who commute 40 -50 miles per day. would not recommend this product, I have used prescription strength whiteners from my dentist, but I thought I would try something less expensive. As soon as I put this product in my mouth, it burned my gums, my gums have been peeling for 2 days, and on the verge of bleeding. I will wait for my mouth to heal and go back to my dentist provided home whitening.
As a 15 year Sage Peachtree customer, I am at the end of my rope. We have been over billed and under serviced to the point that we have to find another vendor. The last time there was a Federal withholding change, it took nearly 2 months for the update to arrive, so we had to manually calculate our payroll withholding amounts during that time. Our last invoice was for $862.00, due to a mandatory "upgrade". On inquiry, I found that Sage had added over $200.00 for a "premium package" that we did not ask for or want. Sage is now refusing to sell a standalone payroll updates that were available when we initially bought the software. Customers are now forced to buy an extortionately expensive renewal. They have also removed the feature that allows users to manually update withholding rates, so they have you over a barrel. Sage is also requiring bank account or credit card access so the can auto-debit whatever amount they come up with every year, before you can even review the amount. Since it is a time consuming mess to change accounting programs, I called Sage today to inform them of my concerns, and offer them the opportunity to retain us as a customer. The sales agent became defense and obstinate when I asked to escalate the call to a manager, transferring me instead to another 15 minute hold, only to find I had been transfered to a call center in the Philippines that was completely unable to help, stating that I should call the sales department back. Not being one who has 30 minutes of valuable time to waste, I decided to provide potential customers with an idea of what they can expect from Sage. I searched Facebook for the Sage page, but it is down. Their Canadian page is up, and has comments from equally frustrated customers.
This shampoo was ordered for our daughter who has very sensitive skin (rubbing her cheek on the carpet will give her a rash). This shampoo works to keep her clean without irritating her skin. It's worth noting that the fragrant version of this product was used previously with no issues; We just wanted to try this one.
This product is just Amazing!! I have suffered for many many years from ingrown hairs (ever since I started shaving). I have tried everything over the counter even some old fashioned home remedies and they where all sadly disappointing.
The calendar is probably very funny and highly decorative, but so far I cannot say : it still has not reached my letter box. I hope I will be able to appreciate it before the release of the 2014 issue.
