This fat burner is my fav of all time, and I have tried a lot of them! It is only 1 pill a day, which is great for me. The energy comes fast but it is very smooth, and the appetite suppressing is on point. I sometimes use this as a preworkout, it is that good! Absolutely ZERO crash as well. Highly recommend!

Since having my daughter I have a lot of stubborn weight that I can not seem to get to budge. Recently I have decided to change my diet, exercise when I can manage the tine, and add a little boost to that regimine by adding these fat burning capsules.

My husband does a lot of electrical and other maintenance work and deals with knee pain. Because these are much thicker than typical copper compression style knee sleeves, they resist stretching and loosening. The compression support is more reliable. In addition, if you're up and down, having to work on your knees on a hard surface, these provide some cushioning without having to deal with uncomfortable knee pads. These are not too bulky to wear under average jeans or khakis. The only cons would be that they have a very strong chemical odor on arrival - we had to air them out a few days - and the thickness makes them too hot for warm weather (they feel like wetsuit weight and thickness).
