Cantu please. I adore this leave in. I went. natural back in 2012. I had used treseme naturals conditioner as a leave in but it made my hair dry. So I was on the hunt for something better. Both of m sisters said that they really liked cantu, so I went online and I read that it doesn't mix well with other products. Because of that i didn't buy it. By the end of May 2013, I broke down and bought it. OMG i am so glad that i did because it is fantastic. It mixed well with my other products too. My hair was so soft and fluffy. Bouncy and great curl definition. It's 2015 and we're still together. That says a lot.
I wanted to give it a month or so before I gave a review to honestly know how well this product works. I think my skin looks better then ever! And my mother complimented me the other day and asked what makeup or skin care I was using because my skin looked so good to her lately. I havent changed anything other than using this new product.
If I could only take one supplement, this would be it. It has alleviated my vicious nightly leg cramps, drastically improved my sleep-therefore my mood; improved regularity. I was asked "what are the side effects?" answer-you feel better! Concerning the issue of taste discussed by another reviewer; I add a splash of juice-problem solved. However, be sure to mix with warm water, and don't drink until the fizzing stops, or you will have a belching problem.
