I am so Happy I found this DVD while online getting info on Back Surgery, that I did not want to do. I have spent thousands with a Chiropractor and I was just getting worse. I could not walk, sit, or even sleep. I suffered for about a year and a half and I knew I had to do something, It was effecting my whole way of living. I ordered this as my last resort before having to decide on injections or surgery. I received it two weeks ago and for about 15 minutes of my time in the morning. I applied at the maximum strength on roof streaks that were not heavy and after months, there is no sign whatsoever of any improvement.
A decent game should take about 50-70 hours to complete, on the normal difficulty setting. I know there have been games in the past with shorter play times, but are great games, one such example is Fable.
If you are looking for something that gives you energy this is good. I found I stuck to diet much more when on this. Of course you still need diet and exercise but this does keep u alert (caffeine) and does curb appetite a bit.
