First step, read the instructions to get familiar with your purchase and know how it works. At first I was pushing the button and nothing was working. And suddenly a huge electrical shock. I went from intensity 0 to probably 8 or 9 by pushing the wrong button. I had no clue what was going on. My first thought was : worthless. My second thought was : waoaw very powerful. My last thought : I am very happy. Thanks.

I love this stuff. It is the only product I have used where I feel the difference in my skin immediately. Will use forever!

Be careful with tightening too much. The screws strip out easily. My fault really. Other than that it fits as advertised and I use it to haul my snowboards up the mountains every weekend without any issue.

This product is good in removing odors. I bought this one and also urine destroyer, and I have to say that both of them removed the bad smell, so the enzymes work. I use the product on tile, but not on carpet. However, dogs go back after couple of days, therefore it is not a deterrent but smell remover.

It smells Like Vicks Vapo Rub. Leaves your hair looking very greasy. I'm not sure if it keeps you from losing your hair or not. It looks just as thin now as it did before to me.
