I have done the cleanse once already. Since the cleanse, I have made some major changes in the way I eat and view food. I love food but now I have become more health conscience about what I eat. The cleanse not only helped me to feel better physically but it also helped me to realize how much I have come to depend on breads and pasta. I didn't do the cleanse to loose weight but rather to help achieve an optimal level of health since I live a busy & stressful life. The weight loss was an added bonus. Since the cleanse I hardly ever crave any pasta or bread which I used to eat multiple times a week. I also have gone over 8 months without eating any fast food. The cleanse has truly helped me to learn how to live a better life by helping me to choose more healthy foods. I continue to do the shakes once a day as I like how quick and easy they are. I have more energy and my skin has a natural radiant glow.

I bought my first jar of bareMinerals from Sephora and LOVED it. When I ran out I found it here on Amazon for less and jumped at the chance to buy my favorite foundation inexpensively.

Overpriced, doesn't work, spray some vinegar on the problem let sit over night and save your money! The vinegar works on lime and calcium, not sure about rust.

I really loved this face wash. It smelled so wonderful and washed my face great. The reason why I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because after using my current vegan face wash from a woman from Etsy, when I went back to this product, my face became more dry and tight. Before that, I had no problem with the face wash and used it religiously. I've tried to go back to this product a time or two and the same thing kept happening. But I do think this is a great product and others should try it.
