I gave this book a 5 star rating because it absolutely drew me in from the beginning. I loved the main character, Violet. She was a super tough girl who had been dealt a pretty crappy hand. And the development of the society she lived in was amazing. Unlike anything I've read before. I will admit I am a huge Shade fan so I knew this book was going to be good and it did not disappoint. My hope for the second book is to finally give Violet some good in her life. And by good, I hope it's all Viggo. I love me some Viggo! Great job Bella! I will be impatiently awaiting the next book!
This charger is awesome. When hooked up to my original Samsung fast charger "cube", it charges the phone super fast. However, I prefer to keep my fast charger "cube" in my purse for when I'm out and about. Therefore, I turned off my fast wireless charging option on my phone. Even when turned off it still charges nicely. I keep this on my nightstand, and it's nice to be able to just grab the phone and turn on or off my alarm as needed. I like that the blue light to indicate charging doesn't stay on long.
Excellent resource & a very helpful guide while traveling. Also many recommendations for tours, restaurants, shopping, etc. Very helpful descriptions & explanations while touring museums, churches & other various attractions
I bought this mop thinking that it would be a cleaner alternative to the sponge mop that I typically use. What a mistake that was. The wringing is about the only thing that works. Otherwise, when I try to mop all I get is the center piece of the mop head scraping against the floor. The surface area of the mop that actually scrubs the floor is greatly reduced and the pressure is uneven because all of the pressure is at the center of the mop which is, at this point, scraping my floors as I mentioned earlier. The one thing this mop was good for was reaching spaces that the sponge mop was too wide to get into. Otherwise it was a waste of time and money. So I went back to my previous Libman mop which worked ok.
If you have the feeling that somewhere along the way the rules of marriage have been changed on you, read this book. Athol Kay helped me understand that I had been playing by the wrong rules all along - the reality is that I have gone through most of my life with a set of assumptions about men and women that is simply wrong.
