I received the unit yesterday evening and this review is based on 2 uses thus far. Will update review as necessary to give the best possible feedback. First of all, I suffer from extreme sinus problems. I had surgery years ago and have tried many different products (medicines) over the last 15 years. I got so desperate at one point, that I completely abused nasal sprays. These are the sprays that you should only use for 3 days maximum, and after about 4 months straight, I was totally a mess. Recently I considered trying balloon sinuplasty to relieve these symptoms. I stumbled across this product and figured, what the heck. I have nothing to lose. Waiting for it to be delivered was torture, not Prime eligible, but I remained patient and it showed up in about 5 days. There is definitely a slight learning curve. It's not complicated or anything like that, but trying the different nozzles and using the best suited pair is critical. The first use was not as effective as the second, but I experienced immediate results. The documentation that comes with the unit refers to a 2 week challenge. This is using the product twice a day for 14 days. After using this product twice, I am sure that in 2 weeks I will be much better off. The amount of mucus that was extracted from the sinus cavities is mind boggling. I blew my nose before each use just to clear the nasal passages, so I was not expecting a whole lot to come out. I was wrong. Then I made the same misconception again on the second use. I figured there's no way it will be the same. Even more came out in less that 10 hours later and I am breathing clearer than ever. My wife recorded the event, but it's too nasty to post here. Updates to follow..........

The cup is great. It actually is saving me money. I no longer have to buy an ice tea on my way to work 12 hour overnight shifts. I load up a few ice cubes w/tea and there's still ice in it when I come home. I plan to give some of these as gifts because I like them so much.
