My Christmas reading season begins with Debbie Macomber's Christmas romance. I look forward to them every year. They are a light, happy read that you can read in a day or so and end up smiling and feeling good. The holiday reading season has now begun. Other reviewers have described this book as a Hallmark Movie and that is right on. The ones where you cuddle up under a blanket with a hot chocolate or a Bailey's coffee and just enjoy. The plot was fun and light, although somewhat predictable. The idea of trying to get someone out of their funk or grouch by "Killing them with Kindness" is a great theme and idea for this book.
This really has some bass when compared to other units of the same size. The high end was crisp.. like there is a tweeter hidden in there somewhere. It played lows under 100hz rather well. For the size of this unit, they managed to get a really nice sound. I would buy it again.
It works! If you havent seen the commercial for this, you MUST! Look it up. Anyway, hubby was skeptical, but says it really helps him, too. Both of us "go" faster with less strain or discomfort. I am short so I got the 9" tall one. Doesnt mess up the looks of our newly remodeled bathroom. AND I can also use it as a leg-shaving stool in the shower!

I thought I knew all about these guys from watching every episode of Fixer Upper. But this book brings them even closer to home. They talk about God and miracles in a lovely, non-preachy way and give practical advice for making your life a little bit nicer. It's a fast read that leaves you feeling good.
