I thought this product had a decent taste, Packed well, the description was probably. Somewhat accurate but I hardly lost any weight if any..and followed the instructions perfectly even drinking all that water.. The Only Exception is I had a cup of coffee each morning nevertheless I did feel better after the two days. I got through the first day without being tempted to cheat... the evening of the second day was difficult
For the most part, this book was pretty decent. Helped us with all of the major sites to see, but like some of the other Lonely Planets we've gotten in the past, some of the organization of this book was not completely intuitive. Combine with TripAdvisor for places to stay and eat, and would probably still have some sort of help with navigation (Google Maps, etc)--because although the roads in Iceland are very limited, if you get on the wrong track it can go a really long time and this book is not enough to help with proper navigation (which it isn't expected to, just want to give people a heads up about that fact since I was wondering it myself before leaving)
It ADVERTISES 1200mg (which is higher than other brands, usually 1000mg), but if you look closely at the Supplement Facts, each capsule only has 740mg of ACTUAL cla (conjugated linoleic acid). I have not yet come across an affordable tonalin cla product with a "full" serving of 1250mg of pure cla, but vitamine shoppe brand has a range of 740-820mg cla in each capsule.
Perfect fit and easy to install. The original (Toyota) mudflaps had a sharp transition in the moulding, where they cracked apart. These (by Husky) have smoother mould lines than the original equipment where they fit in the fender well, so I suspect they will weather better.
I am through the alpha phase getting ready to start beta and I feel I have a grasp on how this plan works.
Re update I gave received the 2nd antenna today after the 1st was incorrect. And still not fitting in place the threads so I send it back both of them
