The book is an interesting review of how habits serve as a fundamentally different type of recall than we typically think of when we talk about of memory. The author thinks that habits are effectively subroutines that operate below our consciousness and allow us to process tasks and ideas without using as much higher order thinking – which creates mental efficiency. This summary was concise and had a smooth flow. There were enough examples to clarify the key takeaways and make them memorable.

I had been feeling very tired everyday for about 48 months. After doctor visit, no medical problems. The doctor suggested taking USANA, after the first week, i felt great. I have taken daily amounts for 2 months now. Feeling better than ever even though I am 66 years of age.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas . She just didn't like the normal cases we get (cases that actually serve a purpose) and wanted a more girly case . The light is cool at first and really holds a charge and serves its purpose . That is where the 2 stars came in and where the positivity stops . After Christmas within a couple of days a friend bumped it off the table ... smashed screen 1 . She has never broken a screen . No big deal we get it fixed and actually add a screen protector and with in 2 weeks ... smashed screen 2 . It was only a crack up the middle of the phone so not as noticeable as completely spider webbed screen 1 . Last week she goes on a girls cruise and returns yesterday with a completely smashed screen again . I guess it is more for selfies but it offers no protection whatsoever . So in the end 2 screens 180.00 with the protector and the next around 150.00 plus the 60.00 or so for the lumee I through in the garbage and you get the point . Yes I through it in the garbage
