I am using this book for my Excel class at the community college. It's easy to use and go through the exercises.

I was hoping to be WOW'd by this product due to many of the other reviewers who love it. I have been using on the mirrors in my bathrooms and on my dresser mirrors in the house - eh. It cleans them and does a pretty decent job, but some slight streaking or marking does remain. I've tried cleaning the mirrors with paper towels, and a cloth. I get the same results.

So far the experience has been great, but I will update this review as I go through the process. I ordered the system on 1 Sep 15; it shipped on 2 Sep 15 with an expected delivery date of 11 Sep15. I chose free shipping so took an extra few days.

I also could not download the state program. Amazon is working on this. It's just an error on their part that they download the 12.99 version even if you buy the 21.99 version. They will refund the 21.99 and you can order it from the taxact website for the same price, but I told them to fix the problem so that the correct version is downloaded which enables you to get the state download

I've tried other guides but this one is the best. I guess actually the $50 one for professionals by JK Lasser might be better. But for me a non professional this one is the best. I need it now for planning for kids college expenses and this is the only guide that helped me understand the alternate minimum tax back when I had some mutual funds.

I found a much better program online. Serif PagePlus X4 cost me $79.99 ($60 less than Microsoft's Publisher 2010) and has many more features. I did install Publisher 2010, first, and it worked fine except for being unable to print anything. It would not even print to PDF files from within itself, which indicates a software fault and not a fault with my printer setup. I am not a novice at setting up printers, and being that Microsoft was unable to help me get it printing (with personal e-mail help from a Microsoft technician), I saw no choice but to uninstall it and look for something else.

I play Bass guitar and for the last 20 years have collected many styles from various manufactures to assess quality and function, and use on stage. Many of the Bass guitars I own are priced from $100 to $1500, and were all bought new from distributors like Amazon, Guitar Center, MusiciansFriend, etc. There are several manufactures on the market today that offer low priced guitars and compete very well with name brands such as Fender, Yamaha, Ibanez, Squire, etc. One such manufacturer is a custom distributor that sells high quality inexpensive Guitars - Rondo Music.
