I been in the pills for about 3 months and I can say I have seen a differ in my butt. Mainly weight gain. I gained weight more then anything. But it's cool I do recommend the product. So great product.
Tastes TERRIBLE. I can barely get it down. BUT, it actually does seem to curb my appetite. I have had to find creative ways to incorporate it…smoothies, etc and can still only get about half the recommended amount in because of taste.
this is my second version, should have updated the 2012 version, but did not. It has served its purpose very well, and I am still putting the finishing touches the information sections to my beneficiaries. I will use it to help my close ones to write a will and health care directive. While a depressing process, by experience, I well know the pitfalls of dying without a will have and will cause.
