Since Nov I have had this vacuum. It is light, versatile, effective. Seriously I would recommend this vacuum to everyone. BUT the battery. First, it comes with a battery charger with a glowing blue indicator light instead of simple power gauge like on the vacuum itself. So when using the vacuum you can see how much charge you have left. When you are charging, you have to remember what strobing, blinking and steady mean. Second, you cannot leave the battery in the charger past a full charge. So no overnight charging. (It takes only 3 hours to charge.) Some people on these boards have said that you shouldn't even leave it in the vacuum when not in use. (The instructions don't state that.) Third and last, as some people experienced, the battery will just go haywire. My charger started blinking and not charging, apparently. I followed the troubleshooting, went online here to read everyone's helpful advice and now I'm waiting to call for warranty service tomorrow (while watching some generous ball placement by the refs in the Steelers-Jets game). If this experience goes well, I will be back here to change my rating to 4.0 (minus a star for having to go through all this, in the first place). If the experience exacerbates the problem, I will be back to tell you that too. I have appreciated other people posting so I can make an informed consumer choice, and I intend to return the favor.

I have purchased my version from Amazon. I am really having hard time using the product, especially with selected folders to backup. Acronis keeps freezing up on me and it doesn't respond. I have been trying for 2 days now with no success. Unfortunately, I cannot return it now because the return window has ended, but I will never ever buy it again. I have Samsung SSD HD with 12 GB of RAM, so I don't think it's a memory issue. This is really sad.

This book is great for increasing memory. I've always struggled with remembering names, this book has solid strategies for overcoming bad memory habits and has helped me at least a little bit which counts!

We have had this for several months and our whole family loves it. It literally is ready in seconds. We have the same internet but this computer is so much faster than our Acer laptop. I can easily get on and check emails in less than 2 minutes. It stays cool no matter how many hours you have been on. The battery life is 6 hours, which we love because our old one was just 2 hours and that was such a hassle. We took it on vacation and had no problems setting it up with the motels wifi. The main reason we got it was because we had so much trouble with viruses on our Acer even though we installed Norton and Malware and took it to a technician.

Actually I bought this for my son for Christmas because he is interested in house design, but of course I had to see how it worked too HA. I think it is incredible so far. There is an immense library...ok substantial library with all kinds of plants and trees for the land design portion. I haven't gotten into the inside the house for the interior design portion yet but so far I'm just having fun fooling around with it and building my first house. One thing I did find kinda dorky was you can incorporate a jpg background which encompasses your entire field of view and I'm not sure why. However overall very worth the price.
