Very impressed right out of the box. As others noted it was rolled up in a VERY small, but long box. Expecting it to need all of the care and treatment others mentioned I unrolled on an empty desk and to my surprise it laid near perfectly flat.
Advertisement was for 6 chilled items and a cuzzy. I got 2 with a cuzzy that will allow the chill disk to fall out. Totally disappointed with product and purchase.
This thing is the real deal. I've been putting off getting a nicer keyboard for a while now, but finally decided to step up from a basic Microsoft keyboard that I've been using with my laptop for the past few years, and I'm glad that I did.
